Typically we leave paint, flooring and other cosmetic changes to the next happy buyer if your home is a little dated. However, we do counsel our sellers to make sure the “big ticket” items are in good working order.  Major issues with HVAC, roof, plumbing, or electrical can scare away even the most confident buyer in this market.  And if you need a recommendation for which contractors to use – we can help you with that, too.
