Yes, please! This weekend kicks off the unofficial start to summer and we can't wait to mix up a batch of light and bright summer cocktails to share with friends. If you're looking for some libation inspiration on this #finelivingfriday, we've got you covered.

Water Lilies

Ingredients
1.5 oz Grey Goose Citron vodka
.5 oz raspberry syrup
.5 oz St. Germain liqueur
1.5 oz sparkling wine
.25 lime juice

Instructions
Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a wine glass. Garnish with frozen raspberries.

Hendrick’s Gin Julep

Ingredients
2.5 oz Hendrick’s Gin
.75 oz syrup
4-6 Mint Leaves

Instructions
Express & add mint leaves to a glass. Top with Crushed ice and add liquid ingredients. Churn together well and top with more ice. Garnish with Mint Sprig & cucumber slices.

Watermelon Jalapeño Clicquot Rich

Ingredients
5-6 large ice cubes
2-3 cubes of watermelon
2-3 slices of jalepeño
1 bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rich champagne

Instructions
Place 5 ice cubes in a large wine glass, add cubes of watermelon, sprinkle in jalapeño slices, and top off with Veuve Clicquot Rich.

Blackberry Mint Julep

Ingredients
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
.5 oz Chambord
.75 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz demerara syrup
5 muddled blackberries
6 mint leaves

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a shaker and pour over crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a blackberry.

Strawberry Crush

Ingredients
1.5 oz vodka
1 oz sour mix
3 bar spoons good quality strawberry jam
2-3 dashes rhubarb bitters

Instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Shake with ice, double strain, pour into a coupe (preferably a 5 oz coupe). Top with a dry Prosecco and finish with a lemon and lime twist.

Tequila Mockingbird

Ingredients
2 oz Don Julio Blanco tequila
.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz St. Germain
1.5 oz grapefruit juice

Instructions
Muddle 4 basil leaves in a shaker with St. Germain. Add ice, tequila, and grapefruit juice. Shake ingredients with ice, strain, and pour into a martini glass. Add the Aperol as a float on top, and garnish with a basil leaf.
